The Committee also directed that the $500,000 funding for the Seneca Communications Facility and the $500,000 for the GWIN Communications Facility be set aside to be used once Council has made a decision regarding continued use of the current system or joining the EBRCSA system. The Committee further directed staff to prioritize work on the side-by-side comparison of the City's current system and EBRCSA.
