The motion carried with the following vote: 6 Ayes: Fife, Kalb, Kaplan, Gallo, Thao, Bas; 1 Abstein: Reid; 1 Excused: Taylor Of the Supplemental Legislation - 7/21/2022; adding the following three WHEREAS clauses to read: Whereas, the PAC took a vote at a special meeting on July 12, 2022, to approve Version A of the Apricot 360 Use Policy (Exhibit A) provided that personally-identifiable information (PII) in the Apricot 360 Use Policy be defined accordingly: "Personally identifiable information (PII) is any data that could potentially identify a specific individual. Any information that can be used to distinguish one person from another and can be used to deanonymize previously anonymous data is considered PII.
