The motion passed with a vote of 5 Ayes, 1 Abstention - Brooks, and 2 Excused - Schaaf, Reid. There were 4 speakers on this item. A motion was made by Councilmember Gallo, seconded by Councilmember Gibson McElhaney, that this matter be Approved for Final Passage.
