How many reports for illegal dumping were received; 2. How many clean ups were accomplished; and 3. How the implementation of the Zero Waste Franchise agreement will address the problems of illegal dumping. The Committee also requested that staff bring a report to the Committee after recess regarding further recommendations on how to continue to address the problem of illegal dumping in each Council District.
