The Committee further directed staff to: 1. Work towards implementing a "cease fire" program that closely mirrors the Kennedy model, including "the carrot and the stick" 2. Present a report to ABAG on the availability of guns in the region 3. Continue to cooperate closely with ATF Schedule through Rules a report on the 2010-2011 - clearance rate for part 1 crimes and a comprehensive report on guns and gun crimes in Oakland and strategies to respond to them.
