The committee wants to focus on the following: 1) Establishing realistic benchmarks/measures (This should be an on-going process); 2) The percentage of the Internal Services Fund that has been balanced; 3) The amount of retirement funds that have been fully funded; 4) The status of the City's bond ratings; 5) How the Parking Department has increased the capacity for revenues by combining services (i.e., automating the parking lots, longer hours, etc.); and 6) What measures are used to determine the public's sense of their quality of life and what measures are more useful for management to see.
