The motion carried by the following vote: Votes: Councilmember Excused: Member Brooks Councilmember Aye: Member Kernighan, Member Quan and Chair Chang The Committee amended the ordinance and moved forward the portion numbered 6.04.080 and directed staff to return to the October 9, 2007 Committee with the portions numbered 6.04.070 and 1.28.020B.
