The motion carried by the following vote: Votes: Councilmember Aye: Chair Brunner, Member Chang, Vice Mayor Reid and Member De La Fuente The Committee approved recommendations and amended the second resolution as follows: 1) Rewrite the phrase Tidelands Trust to provide more clarity; and 2) Remove the word "Execute" from the San Francisco Bay Trail agreement and provide all negotiated contract language before finalized.
