This City Resolution was Approve the Recommendation of Staff, and Forward.to the Meeting of the Oakland City Council to be heard 11/18/2014 Aye: 4 - Reid, Kaplan, Gallo, and Kalb 2) A Resolution Approving The East Bay Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Project Business Impact Mitigation Plan For Advanced Utility Relocations And The Parking And BRT Business Impact Mitigation Plans For Fruitvale Bypass And Off-Street Parking Lot Construction In The Fruitvale And Elmhurst Areas Of Oakland; And 14-0147 The Committee approved recommendations as amended to include the following addition: "Resolved, The proposed bus stop on 5th Avenue is not approved by this action, and further work with the stakeholders will be conducted to determine the specific location of the stop.' A motion was made by Reid, seconded by Kaplan, that this matter be Approve as Amended the Recommendation of Staff, and Forward to the Meeting of the Oakland City Council, to be heard 11/18/2014.
