The Committee directed staff to provide the following information: 1) Cost Analysis of all the utilities companies and property owners financing participation; 2) An evaluation of the California Public Utility (CPUC) standards on Undergrounding Projects and a determination of whether the standards can be incorporated within the City's Prioritization Processes; 3) In-depth policies from other cities concerning Undergrounding Projects, such as Ordinances and Resolutions.
