The motion carried by the following vote: Votes: Councilmember Aye: Member Kernighan, Member Chang, Chair Nadel and Member Brooks The Committee directed staff to come back to the September 23rd meeting with appropriate changes in the fees for this PRPP that will make it cost covering.
