Medical cannabis businesses engaged in manufacturing or cultivation activities shall be allowed to make deductions from gross receipts in the "manner applicable to manufacturing businesses subject to Section 5.04.3590. Section 5.04.481 sub-part C: C. Non-medical cannabis businesses engaged in manufacturing or cultivation activities shall be allowed to make deductions from gross receipts in the manner applicable to manufacturing businesses subject to section 5.04.3590. A motion was made by Dan Kalb, seconded by Annie Campbell Washington, that this matter be Approved as Amended the Recommendation of Staff, and Forward to go before the *Rules & Legislation Committee.
