The motion carried by the following vote: Votes: Councilmember Excused: Chair De La Fuente Councilmember Aye: Member Kernighan, Member Brunner and Member Reid The Committee directed staff to negotiate with the representatives from Union Pacific, and Caltrans to resolve the outstanding Union Pacific operational issues before this item goes to full council.
