The motion carried by the following vote: Votes: Councilmember Aye: Chair Brunner, Vice Mayor Chang, Member Reid and Member De La Fuente The Committee approved the retroactive payments to the contractor and directed staff to continue payments to contractor on a month-to-month basis (through June 30th) until RFP process is completed. In addition, staff was directed to return to the February 26, 2008 Committee meeting with a report on: 1) An evaluation of services, and 2) Benefits of contracting 'Out' versus 'In-House' staff.
