The motion carried by the following vote: Votes: Councilmember Aye: Member Kernighan, Member Brooks, Chair Nadel and Vice Mayor Chang The Committee directed staff to return every 6 months (end of July) and provide a detailed report with the following: 1) numeric data on; (a) how many people cited each year, (b) fines collected, (c) repeat offenders, (d) how many haulers cited, and (e) how many enforcement actions; and 2) show the results and effectiveness of the program.
