The Committee requested that staff schedule a representative from Alameda County Flood Control to attend the Committee meeting when the Storm Drain Master Plan is presented. A motion was made by Member Quan, seconded by Chair Nadel, that this matter be *Received and Forwarded to the Concurrent Meeting of the Oakland Redevelopment Agency/City Council, due back on March 16, 2004.
