The Committee also requested a more thorough report, plan and funding options for the possible hiring of additional staff under Option 1 and Option 3 be brought back to the Finance & Public Safety Committees in the Fall or Winter of 2016. A motion was made by Kalb, seconded by Guillén, that this matter be Approve the Recommendation of Staff, and Forward to the Meeting of the Oakland City Council, to be heard 3/1/2016.
