Designate the City Administrator, or designee, as the Chief Privacy Officer; 2. Strike the second Further Resolved clause and sections A & B regarding Sanctions to remove criminal penalties and private right of action; The Committee also requested that the City Attorney provide determination of whether the required background checks for DAC staff require a meet and confer with employee unions. A motion was made by Guillén, seconded by Brooks, that this matter be Approve as Amended the Recommendation of Staff, and Forward to the Meeting of the Oakland City Council, to be heard 6/2/2015 as a Non-Consent Item.
