The motion carried by the following vote: Votes: Councilmember Aye: Member Nadel, Member Kaplan, Chair Kernighan and Member Reid The Committee directed staff to reinstate the annual Traffic Enforcement report. The Committee further directed staff to provide the following information in the next report: 1. the number of operations that take place each year 2. a breakdown of the citations handed out 3. more detailed statistics of DUI checkpoints; and whether or not the locations of the checkpoints vary There was one speaker on this item.
