(i.e., most arrest associated with the stores) and 5) Is ABAT working with The NCPC (Neighborhood Crime Prevention) that have problem liquor stores in their area? Staff was further directed to describe the benefits of ABAT activities and their successes and the techniques that are working. Are resources being focused at the most problematic stores?
