The motion carried by the following vote: Votes: Councilmember Aye: Member Nadel, Member Kernighan, Member Quan and Chair Reid The Committee directed staff to look at including as a requirement to participate in the programs that surveys are completed and that blind access is given to data needed to do the evaluations. The Committee also requested a follow up report on the probation programs and whether they are doing more harm than good.
