The motion carried by the following vote: Votes: ORAICouncilmember Excused: 2 - Councilmember Gibson McElhaney and Vice Mayor Reid ORAICouncilmember Ayes: 6 - Councilmember Brooks, Councilmember Gallo, Councilmember Kalb, President Pro Tempore Kaplan, Councilmember Schaaf and Council President Kernighan Upon the reading of Item by 9.1 by the City Clerk, the Public Hearing was opened at 8:10 P.M. There were no speakers on this item.
