The motion carried by the following vote: Votes: ORAICouncilmember Ayes: 8 - Councilmember Brooks, Councilmember Gallo, Councilmember Gibson McElhaney, Councilmember Kalb, President Pro Tempore Kaplan, Vice Mayor Reid, Councilmember Schaaf and Council President Kernighan Upon the reading of Item 9.2 by the City Clerk, the Public Hearing was opened at 7:15 p.m. No individuals spoke on this item.
