Councilmember McElhaney made a motion as amended, seconded by Councilmember Reid, to close the Public Hearing, and hearing no objections, the motion passed by 8 Ayes: Taylor, Thao, Gallo, Bas, Kalb, Gibson McElhaney, Reid and President Kaplan, The Council directed staff to return to Community And Economic Development Committee with in 1 year of establishing a framework for the Programmatic Agreement A motion was made by Lynette McElhaney, seconded by Larry Reid, that this matter be Adopted as Amended.
