There was a motion made by Councilmember McElhaney and seconded by Councilmember Gallo. the motion passed with a vote of 8AYES: Fortunato Bas, Gallo, Gibson McElhaney, Kalb, Reid, Taylor, Thao and President Kaplan A motion was made by Larry Reid, seconded by Loren Taylor, that this matter be Accepted.
