A motion was made by Rebecca Kaplan, seconded by Noel Gallo, that this matter be Adopted as Amended. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 8 - Brooks, Campbell Washington, Gallo, McElhaney, Guillén, Kalb, Kaplan, and Reid 2) A Resolution Amending Resolution No. XXXXX C.M.S. Which Identified And Approved The Capital Improvement Projects That Are Authorized For Funding With Proceeds Of The City Of Oakland General Obligation Bonds (Measure KK), Series 2017A-1 And 2017A-2 To Add Reference To Oakland Municipal Code Chapter 15.70 16-1325 This item was amended to replace all references of "xxxxx" with "86773" and strike the following language "to Oakland Municipal Code Chapter 15.70" and replace with ordinance number 11086 C.M.S, with these amendments applied throughout the document.
