Councilmember Gallo made a motion, seconded by Vice Mayor Campbell Washington, to close the Public Hearing, and hearing no objections, the motion passed by 8 Ayes: Brooks, Campbell Washington, Gallo, Guillén, Kalb, Kaplan, Reid and President Gibson McElhaney.
