Councilmember Guillen made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Gallo, to close the Public Hearing, and hearing no objections, the motion passed by 8 Ayes: Brooks, Campbell Washington, Gallo, Guillén, Kalb, Kaplan, Reid and President Gibson McElhaney. A motion was made by Abel J. Guillén, seconded by Noel Gallo, that this matter be Adopted.
