Councilmember Kaplan made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Gallo, to close the Public Hearing, and hearing no objections, the motion passed by 6 Ayes: Campbell Washington, Gallo, Guillén, Kalb, Kaplan, President Gibson McElhaney, 1 Absent - Reid and 1 Excused - Brooks. A motion was made by Kaplan, seconded by Gallo, that this matter be Adopted.
