In The Amount Of $350,592, Vietnamese American Community Center Of The East Bay In The Amount Of $36,720, Vietnamese Community Development Inc In The Amount Of $36,720; And (2) Enter Into A Grant Agreement With Service Opportunity For Seniors In An Amount Of $300,000 For The Meals On Wheels Program To Provide Meals To Seniors For Fiscal Years 2017-18 And 2018-19 (3) Enter Into A Grant Agreement With Eden I&R Inc., In The Amount Of $200,000 For The Provision Of 2-1-1 Telephone Line Services For Information And Referral Services For Fiscal Years 2017-18 And 2018-19 16-1231 A motion was made by Noel Gallo, seconded by Lynette McElhaney, that this matter be Adopted.
