Councilmember Reid made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Kalb, to close the Public Hearing, and hearing no objections, the motion passed by 8 Ayes: Brooks, Campbell Washington, Gallo, Guillén, Kalb, Kaplan, Reid and President Gibson McElhaney The council added the amendment that the applicant have community meetings to discuss the construction management plan prior to submitting plan to the City of Oakland.
