The motion carried by the following vote: Votes: ORAICouncilmember Absent: 1 - Councilmember De La Fuente ORAICouncilmember Ayes: 7 - Councilmember Brooks, Councilmember Kaplan, Councilmember Kernighan, Councilmember Nadel, Councilmember Quan, Councilmember Reid and President of the Council Brunner Agency/Councilmember Quan made a motion seconded by Agency/Councilmember Brunner to approve an urgency finding pursuant to Section 2.20.080 regarding Item s-10 that there is a need to take immediate action which came to the attention of the local body after the agenda was posted, and that the need to take immediate action relates to federal or state legislation.
