The motion carried by the following vote: Votes: ORAICouncilmember Excused: 1 - President of the Council De La Fuente ORAICouncilmember Ayes: 7 - Councilmember Brooks, Councilmember Brunner, Vice Mayor Chang, Councilmember Kernighan, Councilmember Nadel, Councilmember Quan and Councilmember Reid Councilmember Brunner made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Nadel for a friendly amendment to the Ordinance as follows: in Section 2. Definitions, section a: the third line containing the words "human reproductive system, including services during pregnancy or the" was deleted; section b: in the third line the word "primarily" was deleted; and "section c: "Primarily" means 51% or more of the services provided" was deleted in it entirety.
