Subject: Golden State Warriors-Settlement Agreement 4 From: Office of the City Attorney Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution approving the execution and delivery of a Settlement Agreement with the Golden State Warriors and related Amendment No. 2 to the License Agreement between the Oakland Alameda County Coliseum Authority, Oakland Alameda County Coliseum, Inc., and the Golden State Warriors Attachments: 27 9-30-03.pdf, 27 Supplemental.pd 78108.pdf Resolution Number 78108 C.M.S. The following individuals spoke and did not indicate a position on this item: - Sanjiv Handa Agency/Councilmember Reid made a motion, seconded by Agency/Councilmember Wan, to adopt the resolution on this item with direction that the settlement agreement will incorporate a specific deletion of any future claim by the Warriors to the non- premium seat marketing agreement, and hearing no objections, the motion passed by Ayes: Agency/Councilmember: Brunner, Chang, Nadel, Reid, Quan, Wan and President of the Council De La Fuente -7; Abstain: Brooks -1 A motion was made by Member Reid, seconded by Member Wan, that this matter be Adopted.
