Agency/Councilmember Reid made a motion, seconded by Agency/Councilmember Chang, to close the Public Hearing, and hearing no objections, the motion passed by Ayes: Agency/Councilmember: Brooks, Brunner, Chang, Nadel, Reid, Quan, Wan and President of the Council De La Fuente -8 1) Adopt a Resolution accepting and confirming reports of the Interim City Manager on the costs incurred by the City of Oakland for Delinquent Transient Occupancy Taxes and confirming the recordation of liens, administrative charges, and assessment charges as necessary pursuant to Title 4, Chapter 4.24 of the Oakland Municipal Code, and directing the notice of lien and assessment charges to be turned over to the County for collection; or Attachments: 78265 CMS.pdf Item 14.3.pdf Resolution Number 78265 C.M.S.
