Councilmember McElhaney made a 2nd Substitute motion, seconded by Vice Mayor Reid to continue this item to the June 24, 2019 Special City Council meeting elevating the motion including "Oakland Together Budget" and the amendments listed in Pro Tem Kalb and Councilmember McElhaneys spread sheet, and further consideration of the above bulleted points. The motion passed with a vote of 8 Ayes. There were 101 speakers on this item.
