The motion carried by the following vote: Votes: Councilmember Excused: Member Brooks Councilmember Aye: President Pro Tempore Kaplan, Council President Kernighan and Chair Schaaf The Committee approved recommendations as amended to revise the resolution title to include "In Fiscal Year 2013-2014" after Item 1 and 2.
