The motion carried by the following vote: Votes: Councilmember Aye: Member Gibson McElhaney, Council President Kernighan, Member Schaaf and Vice Mayor Reid The Committee approved recommendations as amended to include revisions to the Resolution submitted on the dais by President Pro Tempore Kaplan.
