The motion carried by the following vote: Votes: Councilmember Aye: President Pro Tempore De La Fuente, Vice Mayor Nadel, Member Kernighan and Member Brunner The Committee approved recommendations as amended to add the language clarifying that the pre-foreclosure homeowner is not responsible for occupied NODS.
