Public Hearing, and hearing no objections, the motion passed by 8 Ayes:

Councilmember Reid made a motion, seconded by Vice Mayor Kaplan, to adopt all
3 resolution on Item 3.1 and hearing no objections, the motion passed by with the
following vote: 8 Ayes: Fife, Gallo, Kalb, Kaplan, Reid, Taylor, Thao, and Fortunato

A motion was made by Treva Reid, seconded by Rebecca Kaplan, that this
