The Council Committee approved recommendations as amended to include as
follows:
To The 2nd FUTHER RESOLVED:
FURTHER RESOLVED: That a grant in an amount not to exceed Eight Million
Dollars ($8,000,000) is awarded to ESO Ventures, with $4,000,000 awarded as soon
as practicable and the remaining $4,000,000 to he awarded on or about September
2022 after a states report Is provided to the Council by the awardee with input from
the city's Economic and Workforce Development (EWD) department and be It
FURTHER RESOLVED: That City Administrator or designee shall, consistent with
the above Resolved Clause and in consultation with the City Attorney's Office,
determine the best method for disbursement of these funds to ensure the funds are
used for the specified purposes as required by Senate Bill No. 170; and be it
