Councilmember Gallo made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Taylor, to
close the Public Hearing, and hearing no objections, the motion passed by 8 Ayes:
Fife, Gallo, Kalb, Kaplan, Reid, Taylor, Thao, and Fortunato Bas
Council President Fortunato Bas made a motion, seconded by Councilmember
Gallo, to Continue the resolution to the July 26, 2021 Special City Council Meeting
A motion was made by Nikki Fortunato Bas, seconded by Noel Gallo, that this
matter be Continued to go before the Special Concurrent Meeting of the Oakland
Redevelopment Successor Agency/City Council, to be heard 7/26/2021. The
motion carried by the following vote:
