was held on the above date convened at 1:30 pm.

A motion was made by Couniclmember Fife and seconded by President Fortunato
Bas to modified the agenda to show item 2.11 and 2.12 moved to non-consent
A motion was made by President Fortunato Bas and seconded by President Pro
Tempore Thao to modified the agenda to show item 2.13 and 2.14 moved to
non-consent and have items 6 and 7 taken at the end of non-consent
Approval of the Consent Agenda
A motion was made by Gallo, seconded by Reid, to approve the Consent Agenda.
The motion carried by the following vote:
