Council President Fortunato Bas made a motion seconded by President Pro
Tempore Thao to move item 2.4 regarding Lake Merritt Working Group moved to
Non-Consent and Items 3 and 4 will be taken at the end of Non-Consent
Approval of the Consent Agenda
A motion was made by Bas, seconded by Thao, to approve the Consent Agenda.
The motion carried by the following vote:
