Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/RFP) Process For A Contract With A Consultant
Facilitator In An Amount Not To Exceed $100,000, And (3) Authorizing The City
Administrator To Accept And Appropriate Future Monetary Or In-Kind Grants, Donations
