Councilmember Reid made a motion, seconded by Councilmember McElhaney, to
close the Public Hearing, and by that same motion moving the item, hearing no
objections, the motion passed by 7 Ayes: Bas, Kalb, McElhaney, Reid, Taylor, Thao
and President Kaplan and 1 Absent: Gallo
A motion was made that this matter be Adopted. The motion carried by the
