The following amendment was made to the first Resolved Clause:
RESOLVED: That the Oakland City Council hereby approves the filing of an
application for the community-led renovation of Tyrone Carney Park, and
authorizes the City Administrator to enter into a contract with the State of California
to accept the Statewide Park Development and Community Revitalization Program
grant funds in an amount not to exceed $2,532,572; and be it
