The committee request the language in the Bill explicitly and clearly state the City
Council has the descretion to decide, when, where, how and how many IFD's/land
swaps can be done. They also request that any language that suggest that the city
has already choosen a location or IFD to be removed.
This Report and Recommendation be Approved as Amended the
Recommendation of Staff, and Forward.to go before the * Concurrent Meeting of
the Oakland Redevelopment Successor Agency and the City Council to be heard
