(1) Require The Regular Publication Of A Landlord-Tenant Legal Guide; (2) Extend
Indefinitely The Existing State Law Protections For Tenanats Whose Landlord Goes Into
Foreclosure; And (3) Provide Funding For Rental Assistance And Legal Aid To Tenants
Through Competitive Grants To Statewide Programs
