Upon the reading of Item 9.1 by the City Clerk, the Public Hearing was opened at
10:27 p.m.

Councilmember Vice Mayor Reid made a motion, seconded by Councilmember
Taylor to close the Public Hearing, and hearing no objections, the motion passed
by 7Ayes: Taylor, Thao, Gallo, Bas, Kalb, Reid and President Kaplan, 1 Excused:

The Council Committee approved The Staff recommendation as Amended to
remove from Department Of Transportation Section, Page 4, Section B, Parts A and
B the 2 hour Minimum reference
A motion was made by Larry Reid, seconded by Loren Taylor, that this matter be
Approved As Amended On Introduction and Scheduled for Final Passage to go
before the * Concurrent Meeting of the Oakland Redevelopment Successor
Agency and the City Council, to be heard 5/21/2019. The motion carried by the
